Apply roll-on in the evening.
Apply a thin layer of anti-odorant cream in the morning.

Use daily for the first 3 months.
Then reduce frequency as your skin adapts.

Each part lasts at its own pace: the SALSOAP® bar and the cream at least 3-6 months, the roll-on around 8–10 months, with daily use (longer once you apply less often).
