Phases of Detox

The period when you switch from a commercial deodorant or antiperspirant to Zindeo anti-odorant is individual, it can be longer, but from experience it goes like this:

1st Month

Weeks 1-2:
With daily use of Zindeo anti-odorants, you should start noticing their effects on the intensity of body odor within a few days.

Weeks 3-4:
You may experience increased sweating and body odor as your pores open up and your skin detoxifies from the remnants of synthetic antiperspirants and deodorants. This is completely normal—your detox is starting to work! Regular washing of your underarms (we recommend ZINDEO soap) and more frequent application of the anti-odorant cream (more than once a day) will help.

2nd - 3rd Month

Weeks 5-6:

The intensity of sweat odor begins to normalize, although you may still notice it occasionally. The skin in your underarms appears fresher and healthier.

Weeks 7-11:

Body odor gradually diminishes, and you may also notice a slight reduction in sweating. The underarm microbiome is slowly restoring its balance.

From 3rd Month

Week 12 and beyond:
Sweating decreases to a natural level, and body odor becomes minimal with daily use of anti-odorants. At this stage, you can switch to using ZINDEO every other day or as needed. Continue with the 3-step or 2-step ZINDEO routine to maintain long-term results.
