Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, e-mail info@zindeo.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service; it is not mandatory.

Opened products cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, a cream, roll-on, stick, powder or soap whose seal, lid or protective packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned.

Sending the return
Please send the products within 14 days of notifying us to:

The cost of return shipping is paid by you. Parcels sent cash on delivery cannot be accepted.

Refunds
We refund the price of the products and the original shipping cost (up to the cheapest standard delivery option) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we receive the products back or you show proof that you have sent them. The refund is made to your original payment method. ZIN loyalty points earned on returned products are deducted.

Exchanges
We do not exchange products directly. Please return the product and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your parcel on delivery. If a product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, e-mail info@zindeo.com with your order number and photos. For a justified complaint we cover the return shipping and replace the product or refund it. We decide on complaints within 30 days. Your statutory rights for defects (24 months) are described in section 7 of our Terms of Service.
