Sweating is our air conditioning

Sweating is a very important process for our body and affects much more than you might think. Sweating regulates body temperature, it can be considered as air conditioning of the body and sweat as a cooling liquid. We can influence the way sweat glands work. The human body has two types of sweat glands: eccrine, which secrete a mixture of water and ions, and apocrine, which contain a higher proportion of proteins and fats and are especially active in stressful situations. If sweating is really causing you difficulties in your daily life, consult your doctor for possible solutions. Otherwise, grab your water bottle and run outside. Enjoy your sweat and be grateful that your body is doing its job.

Benefits of sweating:
Clearer skin: When we sweat, the accumulated toxins are excreted from the body and at the same time our pores in the skin are opened. That's when cleaning the skin is most effective, but if you don't wash the sweat off your face, the opposite problem can occur, clogging the pores with impurities that you eliminate by sweating.

Sweat protects against infections: Together with sweat, the substance dermicidin is secreted, which our body produces constantly and which can kill some harmful bacteria.

Pheromones: Sweat is responsible for two people becoming attractive or not. Simply put, they either smell or they don't. It works in the same way as when a male butterfly or insect lures his female to a "nice" evening.

Sweating affects:
Heredity - the intensity of sweating can also be determined by a certain predisposition
Gender - physiologically excessive sweating is observed more in men
Illness – the presence of toxins in the body, or in long-term cases
diseases
Obesity - overweight people usually sweat more than thin people
Hormones - puberty or hormonal disorders
Food and drinks - spicy and spicy food, hot drinks
Physical activity - sports or work
Ambient temperature – higher temperature in summer or humidity
Clothing - clothing that is too tight or not breathable
Stress, emotions - interview, date, fear, pain, stage fright, joy

Excessive sweating: On average, the human body produces approximately 0.5-1.5 liters of sweat per day, almost 99 percent of sweat is water, the remaining percent is minerals. A number of factors contribute to the amount of sweat secretion. Asians sweat less than Europeans and North Americans. Overweight people usually sweat more than thinner people.
